G’day! My name’s Bianca and welcome to our web page.

I was born and brought up in Sydney, Australia and I always knew our country was blessed with beautiful beaches, rainforests, landscapes, deserts, dunes, unique flora and fauna.

When I was working at Kingsford Smith airport (Sydney International and domestic) I would get asked the same questions every time by different passengers, from different walks of life and parts of the world. They all wanted to know, ‘Where can we try Australian food?’

The question always on my mind was why can’t we have the same robust food identity like many other countries?

When passengers would ask staff about Australian food, the recommendations that would generally be suggested were trendy cafes, Lebanese, Greek and Indian restaurants on Cleveland street, China town, modern vegan in Newtown, Seafood on Bay street of Brighton-le-Sands and Michelin star restaurants in the city.

But I knew what the passengers meant. They were asking for something uniquely Australian.

Well, why can’t someone offer them a special Australian bush tucker experience, something authentic and native, something unique which they can’t find anywhere else in the world?

At that point I didn’t realise that someone could be me.

So, one day after the post covid era, I woke up and decided to take matters into my own hands and designed the first 100% Australian native premium snack. A snack with all Australian ingredients, bush flavours, native herbs and spices. A snack that was healthy, organic, fresh and sugar free!
