G’day! My name’s Bianca and welcome to our web page.

I was born and brought up in Sydney, Australia and I always knew our lucky country was blessed with beautiful beaches, rainforests, landscapes, deserts, dunes, unique flora and fauna.

When I worked at Kingsford Smith Airport (Sydney International and Domestic) I would get asked the same question every time by different passengers, from all walks of life and parts of the world. They wanted to know, “Where can we try Australian food?”

When passengers asked staff about Australian food, they recommended trying trendy cafes, Lebanese, Greek and Indian restaurants on Cleveland Street, China Town, modern vegan in Newtown, seafood on Bay Street of Brighton-le-Sands and Michelin star restaurants in the city.

But I knew what the passengers meant. They actually asked for something uniquely Australian.

The questions always on my mind were : Why can’t we have the same robust food identity like many other countries?

Why can’t someone offer them a special Australian gourmet bush experience? Something authentic, native and unique which they can’t find anywhere else in the world.

At that point I didn’t realise that someone could be me.

So, one day after the post covid lockdown era, I woke up and decided to take matters into my own hands. I designed the first 100% Native Australian luxury snack.

A snack with all Australian ingredients. A snack with delicious Australian bush and coastal flavours created with native herbs and spices which is healthy, organic, fresh and sugar free!

A snack experience that is ‘As Aussie As It Gets’!
